Evil Nunの考察&和訳をしていく！

Evil nunは日本語化されていますが、なかなか怪しい箇所が多い。
というわけで、原文（英語）の分を読み解いてイービル・ナンの考察をしていきたいと思います。
英語に造形が深いわけではないので、所々おかしな文があるとは思います。

 

 

物語に深みを感じたい方、ある種の疑問をお持ちの方は、この記事でその疑問が解消されるかもしれません。

The summer camp is very fun.
I had never been in one because my parents do not have much money.
I'm making a lots of friends and If we wash closethes fast,we always get a prize.
She is good,she treats us very well.
From time to time she lets us look though a small hole where we see birds.
They are beautiful creatures.although they can sing very loudly at times and we have to silence them.
The meat of the birds is not very good.

 

サマーキャンプがとっても楽しい！
なんてったって、親がお金を持っていないせいで、この手のイベントには初参加になるからね。
たくさん友達を作るぜ！
それともし衣服を早く洗い終えると、賞がもらえるんだ。
彼女は僕たちをとても大切に扱ってくれるから、大好きさ！
時々、彼女は僕たちに鳥が見える小さな穴を見せてくれる。
鳥はとても美しい生き物だ。でも時々ひどくうるさい声で鳴く。だから黙らせないといけない。
鳥の肉はイマイチだね。

The laundry is small and we are more and more children here.
Since I stained my hands with paint they do not let me touch anything.
I want to go out,I want to take off this mask that does not let me breathe well.
I do not want to see how that stupid nun kidnaps more children.
I wish someone read this……I want to go home.

 

ランドリーは狭いしたくさんの子供でごった返している。
ペイントで手を汚して以来、彼らは何も触らせてくれない。
外に出たい。息がし辛いこのマスクを脱ぎたい！
あの馬鹿げた修道女が子供を誘拐する様子なんて見たくないんだ。
誰かこれを読んでくれ……。家に帰りたい。

She is tall and thin. It smells a little weird,but you get used to it quickly.
With the mask that we all have,we are not bothered by the smells.
All day long, she's wandering around school, looking for bad kids.
Surely someone knows why she does that.
Here below we are many.some cry for days and others are very quiet.

 

彼女は背が高く、痩せている。そして少し変な匂いがする。けれどもすぐ慣れる。
みんなが持っているマスクを身につければ、匂いに悩まされることはなくなる。
彼女は一日中悪い子供を探して学校中を徘徊している。
確実に何人かは、なぜ彼女が徘徊するのか気づいている。
この下にも僕らのような人がたくさんいるからだ。一日中泣き叫ぶか、あるいは一言も喋らない。

The mask we have make us more beautiful.
At first it is a bit uncomfortable and eating is difficult with it.
But that's how we are all the same.
Nobody insults me or tells me I'm ugly.I think we all look like a baby with these masks.
It's the only way she dose not hurt us more.
If someday I could get it out of me,I do not what the consequences would be.

 

みんなが持っているマスクは僕たちをもっと綺麗にしてくれるんだ。
最初は少し不便だったし、食べる時は邪魔だった。
でもみんな同じだよね。
（このマスクを付けていると）誰も僕を侮辱しないし、醜いと言う人もいない。
このマスクをつけているとまるで見た目が赤ん坊みたいに見られるんだ。
修道女が僕たちを傷つけない唯一の方法でもある。
もしいつの日かこのマスクを脱ぐ時がやってきたとしたら、僕がどうなってしまうのか検討もつかない。

I think I'm the oldest of the guys here.The devil's nun has no mercy.
She likes what she does and she sure enjoys humiliating us with these masks.
It seems that if we wash and fold all the clothes that fall from the hole,it brings us food.
Although we almost always go hungry and we have to hunt animals.
Will someone come to rescue us?
The boy with the dirty hands left and he did not return

 

俺が思うに、ここの連中の中で俺が一番年上だ。
修道女に慈悲はない。奴のしたいようにするし、マスクつけさせるという屈辱的なことをして楽しんでいやがる。
洗濯を終え、衣服を折りたたむと食事が与えられる。
だがその食事は満足とは程遠く、俺たちは動物を狩らないといけない。
誰か助けに来てくれるんだろうか。
汚い手をしていてここを去っていった男の子は、戻っては来なかった。

I thought I was going to a summer camp.
I've been here for many days.I think they've lied to me.
I do not know if my parents knew where bringing me or they were part of this rare story.
Now it does not matter much anymore.
Althought I miss them.mother…father…the evil nun is now my only family.
She does what she can But she does not know what love is.
Not since that misfortune happened.

 

確かサマーキャンプに行ったはずだよな……？
ここに長い間いる。彼らが嘘を俺についたんだと思う。
俺の両親がどこに連れて行かれるか知っていたかどうか、あるいはこの奇妙な話に関わっていたのか、俺は知る由もない。
まあ今となっては大したことじゃない。
だけど寂しい。父さん、母さん……今では修道女だけが俺の唯一の家族だよ。
彼女はしたいようにするが、愛とは何なのか知らない。

Sometimes I am bored. A friend and I usually spend our time pushing chairs and moving tihings from one place to another. We built a very tall tower with boxes that reached the roof of the laundry. It was so high that the child with blue hands scaled it and escapaed from the laundry though a hole in the roof. Dad, Mom, I wish you had seen what a beautiful tower I bullt.

 

時々退屈なんだ。 だから友達と一緒に椅子を動かしたり、ものを運んだりして暇をつぶしてる。 ぼくたちは箱を使って、天井に届くほどの高い塔を建てたんだ。 青いペンキで手を汚したぼくが登り、そして天井の穴を通って洗濯室から逃げることができるほど、その塔は高かった。 父さん、母さん、ぼくが建てた綺麗な塔を見せたかったよ。

 

Evil Nun 考察

 

どうやらevil nunはサマーキャンプと称して子供たちを誘拐し、地下のランドリー室で洗濯の業務に従事させていたようです。

 

もちろん無償の労働力として。
生かされるだけの環境（食事や衛生面）はあったようですが、それでも悲惨だったことが窺えます。

 

マスクは修道女がつけさせていたようですね。
つけさせてを楽しんでいた節があったのは、和訳からもわかってもらえると思います。
つけていない子供は容赦なく襲ったようです。
現に、evil nunに殴り倒されてゲームオーバーになると、修道女にマスクをつけらるムービーが流れます。

 

しかしエンディングの一つにサタンの儀式を完成させる、というものがありました。
Evil nunは何かしらの悪魔を崇拝しているようですが、その旨については説明はありませんでしたね。

 

 

稼いだお金は悪魔崇拝のために使われていたんだと私は考えています。

 

そして奴の最大の間違いは私をスクールに招き入れてしまったことでしょう……。

 

後日談は語られていませんが、おそらく子供たちから親御さんに話が行き、そして被害届の提出→受理の流れになると思います。

 

そうなれば彼女がスクールでやっていた悪行がバレ、罪が白日の元に晒されたことでしょう。
